Hey Guys....Today I Came up with an another exciting topic that many people should know about this and today i'm going to show you the 10 products that you probably dont know that manufactured by the IT giant Microsoft.
We all know that Microsoft is without a doubt the biggest software maker in the world and almost everyone knows Windows and Office, which are collectively the two of the most widely-used softwares ever. Despite its software success, the company has kept focus on hardware products too; its Lumia line of SmartPhones and Surface tablet line are familiar names for the most of the people. But those were aren't the only products that the company has made in its history.
Here are the 10 awesome Products that made by Microsoft and have a glance over it:-
1. A Wi-Fi Router:-
In the period between 2002 and 2004, Microsoft manufactured a broadband router that became the second most popular US retail Wi-Fi Product.
The router worked like other products on the market, offering USB support and Wi-Fi Connection too. But in the may of 2004, the market of the product slipped and manufacturing ceased by company and putting an end to broadband dreams of the company.

2. Cordless Phone System
Now a days, Lumia is the best product of microsoft as many of know about this, but way before Lumia, Microsoft was involved in the phone market. The Microsoft Cordless Phone system was impressive for its time- which was around 1988- Offering PC integration, speech recognition, caller ID and many more. The project was shelved, however, and Microsoft didn't make a phone- based product again until Windows Mobile, the company's first attempt at a smartphone operating system. The system wasn't compatible with Windows NT and Macintosh for an unknown reason.

3. Digital Sound System 80
Microsoft and Phillips teamed up in 1998 to launch the product the Digital Sound System 80, the only speaker system ever manufactured by Microsoft. The system, unveiled during the 1998
Electronic Expo, was one of the first to have integrated sound hardware, means PC ain't need a dedicated sound card. In addition with this there is a 3.5mm line-in as well as a USB port.
The Product launched with an interesting glitch, by tapping either the + or - buttons could increase the volume to maximum or minimum respectively, with no way to stop it beyond hitting Mute.

4. FingerPrint Reader
The Microsoft Fingerprint Reader was first launched in september 2004. The reader was compatible with both Windows XP and Vista, working to increase security of the operating systems.
5. LifeCam
Microsoft has been making the LifeCam since 2006 but other webcam
manufactures, such Logitech, receive far more press than Microsoft's
efforts. The current version, called Studio, features a 1080p sensor, an
8MP lens, and a built-in microphone. The company will likely continue
producing webcams into the future, especially as facial recognition is a
core feature of Windows 10.
6. SideWinder
The SideWinder controller invented in 1995 as part of Microsoft's move into PC gaming. As it was intended only to work with Windows PC's but the hardware could also be used with Linux and Apple's Macs and they stopped to manufacture this in 2003 due to poor sales.
7. Zune
Zune which was introduced in 2006 as an attempt by Microsoft to go head-to-head with Apple's portable media player market by 2011 the manufacturing of the device has stopped due to its poor sales. The most interesting thing is that it is much part of Windows 8 and the Xbox. The main reason of zunes product's failure was lack of brand recognition, something that Microsoft now suffers with in the phone market.
